This office's service has gone down hill the last several years. Covid is over--why are we still doing drop off service for returns? Some of us have busy schedules and multiple commitments and need to schedule our appointments.Very disappointing--have used J-H for 20 years and got treated poorly by the receptionist.

Tax return appointment was not scheduled until the next week which made me lose sleep. When I got there the woman gave me an estimate that made my jaw dropped which obviously reputed a poor math level, then tried to make me pay out of my pocket more than my tax return which reminded me of criminal activity.
