    “I had an issue with DTLR in Syracuse and I couldn’t get through to the number that’s available. I called customer service and they informed me that they could not assist me. I chose to contact the Utica store as they’ve always been polite and knowledgeable. Much to my surprise, Jayden, exceeded my expectations by contacting the district manager and he personally played the middle man to get the issue resolved! Thank you Jayden! It is very very difficult to find many people to even listen when it is their issue…you not only listened but you went above and beyond and THAT my friends is EXCELLENT SERVICE that I wish people would take note of!!!!! Thank you, Jayden! I see you and I solute you! Keep up the amazing work and know that the service you provide makes a profound difference!”
