From start to finish, Carls attention to detail was outstanding, and his communication was thorough, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. The centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, and the floral arches were truly stunning, they exceeded our expectations and brought our vision to life beautifully. My bouquet was especially breathtaking, with rich, vibrant colors that perfectly captured the feel of an October wedding. The silk floral wall was also perfect for our sweetheart table backdrop. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and care he provides. Carl was friendly, professional, and a genuine pleasure to work with. “We got a Frasier Fir here in mid-December. It is the fullest tree we have ever had and has held up nicely, continuing to drink. The man who worked with us was very helpful and patient. The selection of trees was excellent and they all looked good--naturally balanced rather than looking like the work of a hedge trimmer to get them into shape like many of the ones we've had before from big box stores.”

The whole experience is exgtraordinary. They have better products and sevice than the Home D store. And what is important is that they pour so much care and love into this operation. “I recently came by and was both impressed by and appreciated Craig's knowledge. They have an excellent seasonal selection and I left with plenty of gardening tips. Seeing as most of their comments are 1-2 stars and in another State, I would recommend others not take much stock in their review.”

The owner is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with their time. The selection is excellent, the prices are very reasonable, and the orchids are truly high quality. Every orchid I have purchased has been beautiful and long lasting, and I always get compliments on them. I highly recommend this nursery.”

“This place is very nice they give you opportunities to shop around but I will say do your research before you go they are not mind readers baby sitters etc I realize they have been here for a while and have relationships with the drivers joking etc I read these reviews and to many people say the guy at the register I have been going here for years and have not seen a guy at the register it's is 99% women in that office if you get a guy your lucky been here many times and the owners are always working hard but imagine if you have customers stopping you while you with another customer it's hard to give attention so give them some slack. I have had days that was quick others wasn't I guess I'm very patient.”
“I am SO GLAD I found Telesco, as I could not find anyone who works on electric mowers, and I couldn't get the manufacturer to answer nor to respond online. Telesco worked hard for me - not only in finding a solution and fixing my expensive, beloved mower, but also in guiding the manufacturer to cover the cost. I just used the mower for the first time this season, and it was a dream come true! Thank you Telesco!!”

“Since the reviews here are from a few years ago we weren't sure it was open, but we went yesterday and indeed it is. We spent a good long time talking with the owner. It's such a unique place. There are some unusual plants and trees, plus the more conventional stock. Since it's the end of the season, plus we've had a drought, it could look a little bedraggled to anyone looking for polished rows of plants, but to a veteran gardener it's clear what's there. Plus the owner was generous in his advice about what to plant now. He also has a passionate interest in wellness and is eager to share his knowledge about mushrooms in particular. He doesn't sell mushrooms, but it is an interest. We will definitely be going back. He does landscape design, but this is also a retail nursery.”

“I entered the store on Friday May 17, 2024 looking for a shaker door that the website said was in stock. There was a total of 3 in stock as per the website. I checked in the aisles and on top for the sku number but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
Brendon (or Brandon.. I forget) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I showed him what I was looking for and he scanned it. He had located the door in another aisle all the way on top. He didn’t hesitate at all to help me and he even shut down the aisle to grab me the last door they had. Thanks to this kind young man who went above and beyond to make sure I received the door.
The customer service in this store is excellent !! Some of the other locations should take notes (lol).”
