And worked with us to make sure our belongings were moved to the 2nd floor asap so they did not get damaged.”

Btw, Michelle quoted me a lower price the week before, I made an appointment for the following Sat since I am disabled and can't transfer all the stuff from one unit to the other. I just hope that the main office gives me the lower price I was quoted and not a higher amount! Hopefully they take consideration of the fact that I was given a lower price!!!!”
“Everyone at Collins was great. The moving crew was exceptional as they meticulously moved the furniture from the house without making any marks on the walls. They made a point to review everything they were doing with me to ensure the move went smoothly. I received calls from the office during the move to make sure it was going well. I've used Collins for my last two moves and will use them again the next time I move.”

“I've been with Safe Haven Elmsford for at least 25 yrs! The monthly rent has stayed at a price that is affordable! Unlike other storage companies that I'm familiar with, I believe Safe Haven has only raised my rent about 2 or 3 times! Others have rent increase yearly!! So far the environment is well kept and I've had no problems with my storage space. I would recommend Safe Haven for your storage needs.”
“Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Henry was so friendly and knowledgeable that with his help it did not take long to figure out what I needed. The building looks brand new and bright inside. There is a restroom! Very convenient plus. It was easy to say yes to a unit that is just right for me at this time and it was is so clean! Henry went above and beyond by sweeping out the unit and offering to mop it to get rid of any residual dust. Not that it looked like it needed anything! The prices are very reasonable. I must add it was pricey though, and communication was horrible at times when it came down to discussing anything with the " manager Manny", so please just get everything fro The horses mouth the owner SHAWN so no stories will be switched around or told different.
