Looks like all of the 1-star reviews are regarding passports. Weekday afternoon the Asian gentleman George was perfectly delightful and pleasant with handling my prepaid mail. So all is well with normal postal business. I suppose go elsewhere for passport making.

The man was super helpful! I like that there's parking available for free.

Never had an issue here (7 years), short staffed at times. But, that’s at most locations.
