Tried three times to get a cellar design layout. No response. After laying it out myself, placed an order for 9 shelving units. One arrived in a timely fashion but was damaged. The remaining 4 months were unbelievable. NO product and more than 30 phone calls, all of them just a fun around, then more damage. Finally got the storage racks, more damage, more calls, but what a hassle. Promised a gift certificate for my troubles, which, of course, never materialized. Stay away from these guys. The service is just horrendous!

We purchased a wine refrigerator over a year ago and the temp of the unit stopped running cold. It was outside of the warranty period but when I explained to Shaun what was going on his main priority was to make me a happy customer and to resolve the issue. He exceeded all expectations with his diligent customer service skills.
