Ordered something for a big client of mine 2 weeks before Christmas. Got confirmation. Then got an email 3 days AFTER Christmas saying the item was out of stock and my money would be refunded. I get it - The holidays are their busiest time etc. But had I known earlier, I could’ve gotten something else in time. Lost my business.

5 star service. Bought the legacy wine opener as a bd present after Christmas. After 5 weeks it stopped working/ pulling the cork from the bottle. Reached out to customer service who responded promptly and requested some info. A few days later they acknowledged they were shipping a replacement. It came very timely and works great! Really classy opener and very classy customer service. Thank you.

Dino was very prompt responding all questions (including sending pictures and internal measurements), scheduling a call, and very knowledgeable about the product. I purchased within 24 hrs from the first contact. Great service; highly recommend it.

I recently had a failure with my Lagacy Corkscrew when the "worm" became bent inside the operational mechanism of the corkscrew. I contacted the Wine Enthusiast and explained the failure and that the opener was a gift received 5 or 6 years earlier. In less than an hour their customer service rep, Nicole, responded providing me with diagrams and pictures that allowed me to determine the problem. I ordered the replacement part and had my Lagacy Corkscrew functioning just like new the following week. Can't tell you how much I appreciate the way I was treated and the exceptional assistance Nicole provided

I was not being able to login to my account, no matter how much I tried...Then, my account was locked. The representative that assisted me did not give up and stayed with me, dealing with this problem all the way - 2 days! He escalated it and finally got it resolved! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!

Edit: after 53 minutes their service team resolved the situation. They were very kind once they were on the phone and I had a replacement decanter the next day.I’ve been listening to hold music for over 30 minutes…I called the customer care number after receiving a gift that was broken during delivery. They are just playing music without notice if a wait time or option to reach out in an email or leave a message…so I guess I will write a review while I’m on hold. I trust they will make it right when eventually reached.

Wine Enthusiast customer service is second to none! We bought a wine cooler in 2016 that worked great until December 2023. That alone is enough to recommend this brand and this company. But wait, there's more! I contacted "WE" and spoke with two helpful techs. After some discussion, the diagnosis was a failed main power control boards (2) - which were sent to me free of charge! Presto! Up and running! What more could one ask of a customer service/tech department? Needless to say, we are very pleased with the product and the company. If you are in the market for a wine cooler - choose Wine Enthusiast! Thanks Guys!

I have an older Wine Enthusiast wine fridge. We had a power failure during a storm and when the power came back the surge must have blown the boards. When I spoke to the tech support they had me remove the back of the fridge to see the two boards in order to provide information to see if they had the replacements. After some discussion Mikee the tech told me he’s sending out two boards for top and bottom and if they are compatible it will start up. I received the boards within two days, was able to install the top one first and I plugged the fridge in and it started up right away! I was not charged for the boards. I appreciate the tech’s patience and sending the boards free of charge. Most companies would have blown me off and told me I need to purchase a new one. Thank you Wine Enthusiast! You made a lifetime customer and will recommend you to all my friends.

Excellent transaction, would highly recommend. The staff at Wine Enthusiast are very responsive and knowledgeable. The unit I purchased, the 32 Bottle Max Compressor Dual Zone works perfectly. The unit is quiet and maintains a steady temperature with no fluctuations.
