“Very pleased with my 2nd experience purchasing from Scott at Oberg & Lindquist. I have previously purchased appliances for my past 2 residences from Home Depot. About a year ago, I needed to replace an LG microwave w/vent system. Scott matched my best price, his service installers were exceptional, and they accommodated me when I found a defect in the appliance by promptly replacing it w/a new unit. I just purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Scott and it was delivered sooner than expected. Again, the service installers were prompt, efficient, and professional, unlike my experience w/the big box stores. Their plumber arrived shortly after my appliance was delivered and installed, and I was honestly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with the entire experience. Scott recommended this KitchenAid model, and although I was "just looking" on the day I walked into his store, he did not pressure me in the least to complete my purchase. He was straightforward and I believe he gave me an excellent recommendation. I am thoroughly satisfied with my new dishwasher and will continue to purchase appliances from this company and, specifically, from Scott.”

We just enjoyed our 1st fire and it was a quality install once again. Dave is a perfectionist. Takes care of everything. So tidy as well. My husband and I would give him 10 stars !!!”

After walking out of a different business in the past, a friend of mine recommended that I work together with Richard, and am extremely grateful he did. This was infact my second AC purchase and working with Richard B. He listened to my request and put together a detailed estimate with exactly everything I needed. He was extremely detailed to coordinate with me and was super friendly. He knows his products thoroughly, and even did a little research if he needed to confirm. Within a few days I had the equipment and supplies ready for my tech to install. What a superior sales representative!!! Every time we go it's clean, employees approach us to help us, people are friendly, and they have what we need. Today I did a return that was entirely hassle-free. The last time my husband and I went an employee spent 15 minutes with us helping us find the right-sized screw for a project. Sales person (Joann)was very helpful in giving us options that would fit our space and giving us all information about how to prepare for delivery etc. price was same as big box stores that provide no service. “I purchased a beautiful macramé cat bed/perch from Etsy that didn’t stay on the wall with the hardware provided from the seller. I messaged the seller but I am impatient so I went to Home Depot (That is after another hardware store told me that it was impossible to hang, without first hanging plywood to attach it to) Ariel M from the hardware department took that as a challenge and told me to give him a couple of minutes to try and figure it out. A couple of minutes later he came back to me with a solution and helped me find everything that I needed. His idea worked great! He is the definition of great customer service.”

“I purchased a 7X4 Concession trailer in the spring of 2021. The oven is a Fiamma Rossa Grande, wood fired oven. I had a couple of minor issues with it after it was shipped to me but Jimmy was on it right away. I am very impressed with their customer service and with the oven. We used it for private parties until this past summer when we used it every Saturday at the local farmers market with great success! We now have loyal customers.”
