I dropped it off after hours and got immediate notification the next morning that Will had started to evaluate my vehicle for the insurance estimate which was completed in prompt and timely manner. Joe did a fantastic job on the body work! He was able to match the grille I had previously upgraded to and installed before the deer wrecked it, he is clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I live on a dirt road so it’s not often that I see my car as squeaky clean as Mike made it when I returned to pick it up this morning. I’m very impressed with how professional, hard working, and organized the team was even with the holiday rapidly approaching. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs services the shop can provide!”
“The first issue last summer was non matching colored brake calipers, whatever, returned and sorted out. After that the final straw was the Rear complete struts for my 09 rx350. Installed making noises in the pistons day of. When winter time rolls around, the cheap rubber mounts make every loud squeaking rubber sound imaginable, changing tune the colder it gets. Beginning to understand never put aftermarkets parts these days on your pride and joy, ESPECIALLY SUSPENSION PARTS. And good mechanics will lie to your face when it’s convenient for them, (gas-lit into believing the new noises were not the new complete struts). My genuine advice to this stores manager would be to go through inventory and throw away everything that is certified junk, for the reputation of the store. I’m still in disbelief a year later a company (not oreilly) made these complete struts and thought they were acceptable for any vehicle. Clearly were not tested in cold climates nor bench tested. I’m not even angry at O’reilly’s, just the fact I wasted money, turned my car into a circus mobile in the rear and ruined business with an otherwise decent mechanic, who i think is on account at this store.”
“I needed new windsheild wipers for my Jetta and asked a salesperson to find me a pair. Bought the ones the employee recommended. Once I got home my BF couldnt put them on my car becaise they were the wrong adapter? You had ONE job LOL. Returned them but didnt get new ones yet. Will buy there again, the staff is friendly and helpful, even if I got the wrong wipers. I should have just had them install the wipers for me and if there was an issue we would have known right then.”

“If you're looking for a good and honest mechanic with excellent customer service, then this is the shop to go to. I came in with a broken tail light, and while they had to order the part, it took only a day to get. Once they got the part, it only took them a couple of hours to replace it, and I was back on the road the same day. Can't recommend enough.”

“I went in yesterday with a need for a headlight. The associate ( didn't catch the name) was not only nice enough to find me the cheapest one, but he put it in for me! AND when I turned my car on, hearing squeaking, he grabbed a stethoscope and diagnosed my car with ideas on EXACTLY what I would need to fix it. Very knowledgeable. 11/10 will go again!”
