“As I sit at this car wash waiting for my car to be done, the guys who were vacuuming my car came to tell me I had left $65 cash in my car. I know it seems like common courtesy but in these times, where trust in humanity might be low it means a lot. I maybe wouldn’t have even noticed it was gone, so I’m grateful to them for returning my money when they could’ve easily pocketed it. I’m giving five stars for honesty”

“First Class Collision went above and beyond to save my planned departure date for my vacation. I had two seized bolts on my Ineos Grenadier roof rack. Within a couple of hours they had removed the broken bolts, saved the treaded bracket, painted the scratches I had made during my attempted removal and provided me with new hardware so I could remount the rack. We are on our way without a delay. Amazing customer service! Please help support a great family owned business!”

“Delivery was super fast! The all purpose cleaner was the only cleaner ive ever used that successfully removes contaminants off wheels without effort! Ive tried washing my parents cars and removing the contaminants with just soap and never worked! It was effortless with the all purpose cleaner. Easily removes whatever is on the tires as well which sets me up perfectly to apply the nicks tire shine. The tire shine is the BEST tire shine out there. Ive used maguiars and chemical guys before and they shine but nicks doesnt just shine. It adds a beautiful gloss!!”

Luis, if I'm spelling his name right, was very helpful and walked me through the process of what needed to be done to fix up the scratch on my rear passenger side. Granted it was a small scratch, but, to give you a sense of the paint job they did, if the car wasn't mine, I wouldn't be able to tell you there was a scratch in the first place afterwards. The paint job was fully realized, and they even washed the car and wiped down the interior. It looked BRAND BRAND new. Highly recommend these guys if you have need of some work done on your car.”
