Although the person I spoke with from corporate JOVIA Customer service was as useful as a fork in a bowl of soup, the staff at Jovia Financial Credit Union in Franklin Square are outstanding. I was very fortunate to be helped by Albert. As anyone can imagine, when you’re account is locked and bills need to be paid it can be extremely frustrating. Albert greeted me with a soft tone & nice smile. Within minutes everything was rectified… something that the guy on the phone said was impossible for another 5 days. I’m a big believer in giving credit when credit is due. Albert definitely deserves the recognition for being a valuable assets to this branch.”

During the entire process I was treated like family. I've always received great service at Jovia but today I was very upset and she went above and beyond. “I had a great experience with Timothy McDaniel. He was able to establish my account and gave my sister and I great Customer service. The only problem was the location of his desk. It lacked privacy, Timmothy was very discreet but I think it would be more secure if there was a privacy enclosure for a secure customer experience.”
“Yes, it's only an ATM location in the lobby of a hospital, but I feel much safer withdrawing cash from it. There are (2) ATMs. There is a hospital security officer stationed in that lobby vs using an isolated ATM location.”
