“I went searching for a phone on two different days within the past two weeks after my screen cracked. The representative Lateesa graciously helped me on the first day to select a phone that met my needs, but unfortunately it wasn't in stock. Shen then gave me her business card and said I should call in the next few days to confirm the phone was restocked. I went back a few days later and while waiting for Lateesa to assist me I started looking at other phones in the store. I add some questions regarding three other phones and Lateesa was very knowledgeable of all the products and she answered my questions related to my budget, camera quality, and overall performance. She never once tried to get me to a purchase a phone based on a higher cost which was a breath of fresh air because I've been swindled a time or two and left a electronic store feeling very unsatisfied. After she went over all my options and how it would affect my plan I left with a phone I love! Lateesa's customer service was impeccable and because my experience was great I would definitely go back for my future phone needs/accessories (I never get accessories from T-Mobile because the representative usually try to sell me products that I have no use for) as well as refer my friends and family to her because I know they'll be in good hands! ~Latoya Dobson~”

“So I took my IPhone 7 Plus to get the mic fixed and to fix my back camera lens. When I picked up my phone I waited to get my back lens fixed that wasn’t an issue but overall I was completely satisfied with their work. Everything was working like it was brand new Ariel at the Green Acres location was great nice man and even threw in a free phone case of my choice. Although a bit pricey is why I’m giving them 4 stars but Thanks again!”
