“What a pleasant experience. Ms. Maryanna has been a delightful presence at safeguard storage.
We just rented a storage unit and had some questions. We called and left a message. Within the hour, Ms. Maryanna returned our call and answered all of our questions.
We went to visit the unit and Ms. Maryanna gave great counsel on how items could be stored.
We appreciate the great customer service.

“Can't recommend George and his team enough for art moving in Queens. We had several valuable pieces and they treated them like museum curators—gloves, custom crates, the works. They communicated clearly and took their time to make sure everything was safe. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. So glad we found them!”
“The staff here are amazing now. Previous staff were not so nice. Mr. Q is very nice well mannered and respectful. He was very helpful in helping me with a unit. The manager Evelyn is so amazing, she took over and now the facility tone is much different. You can come to her with problems and she does her best to remedy the situation.”
