“Upon entering the store, it wasn't too long before someone asked if I needed assistance and they were courteous. The prices were surprisingly not cheap but affordable. I was expecting to see prices over five hundred dollars and more and while I didn't look at all the brands and generations of sneakers on display the sneakers i glanced at were under three hundred dollars and less than one hundred as clearance or discounted merchandise. Checkout was quick, and cash and card were choices of payment”
“The store was clean and customer service was friendly and helpful. My major gripe had to do with their pricing. A pair of Nike's were on sale at every other major retailer and Champs charged full price for the same exact pair. They do price match with foot locker which is great. I do advise to price check with other retailers to get the best deal/ price.”
“Amazing customer service. The manager Nasir was very nice to help me with finding shoes that weren’t in stock. He was able to provide me with shipping at a low cost and it was a great experience with the crew there. Highly recommend this place and this store made my Christmas amazing.”

“My kid grows like a weed and whenever she does I bring her here. The guy that was working the day I went was so helpful and even measured my daughter's foot. The customer service was great.”
