This is my 2nd lease with Hyundai. I use the Valley Stream location because it’s closer to me. In the past, it wasn’t the best. But I see the changes with the check in process and it is more efficient. My wait was exactly what Nicholas said it would be. I am hopeful things will remain this way.

South Shore has an amazing Service Department. From the moment that I pulled in people were there to help me. They were able to fix my car within the time that they said and kept me informed the entire time!!!

Good experience, as usual. Just a blip in only replacing 1 damaged tire. Will roll in there tomorrow to see if they will replace the corresponding tire for me - other tires on car are original - 7 years old ! Don't think I should drive car with just 1 new tire and 3 seven year old tires !
