The absolute worst service. As an American, going to the post office is a symbol of our American pride. It's disappointing when I walk into places like this with associates who seem like they don't care about America nor the American citizens. Some work with their heart and soul some just pass the day. Sonia, who works the passport service was rude, shook her head a few times making me and my family seem uneducated with the questions we asked. It wasn't just with me, it was with other who were before me that's he helped as well and did thr same. I do not recommend this location and if you must, avoid Sonia.

I mail a package from NY to MN it got to MN 2 days ago not too far where it was supposed to be delivered to yesterday it was sent to Dallas Texas now it's going back to MN tracking shows it should be there on May 17th 9:00 p.m. so far it's not delivered.

I came to the USPS in Franklin Square at 4 AM on a Saturday to use the Self-Serve Kiosk to buy stamps and mail a letter. Thankfully, this location was open as advertised with 24/7 Self-Serve Kiosk access. The kiosk worked perfectly, and I got my stamps without any issues. Very convenient!

The location of this Post Office is great. However, the self help machine is not fully functional. They need all features enabled ASAP for the weekend visitor's.

I’m never coming back. Most of the staff here were so disrespectful, had attitude, did not help properly especially Sonia. I had to come back 3 times for the littlest reason all because she didn’t tell us the proper details until we asked questions. It was my first time getting a passport by myself and all she did was give attitude. I’m not even overreacting or being dramatic. She was giving attitude to everyone and complaining about them afterward. She complained about the lady who was before me over a little mistake the lady made.

Extremely disappointed. Went on Saturday to drop off 123 wedding invitations, specifically asked for HAND CANCELING so that the invitations wouldn't go through the machine as they had fabric bows in the envelopes, they made us post mark stamp every single invitation ourselves (doing their job), for nothing. All of our invitations were put through the machine anyways, after being told they wouldn't be, and the envelopes were mangled and ruined. Guests started to send us photos today and we were able to see the damage. NO ONE at this post office had a clue what they were doing. I am so disappointed and will never go back to this location.

Thank you Sonia for being sympathetic about our situation while requesting our family passports. Also, tall black African American that appeared to be the manager was amazing he allowed my husband to go back home get one of my daughters birth certificate to continue the process with the passport after the doors were closed for the public. You guys made our day!
