This is the second time at this store with problems and tons of questions and was fortunate enough to have utmost courtesy and service rendered by Sal and found the business card that was given to me previously by Ash who is also welcoming professional and friendly
These and even the other male Julian and new female staff Payal, were accommodating, welcoming and professionally friendly
I received good results, they were patiently knowledgeable, I was served concisely and thoroughly and I am hoping to further use your services as expecting quality and continued good service. Never been happier with an internet service store not forgetting the kindness received from Meguer also.. may good success follow this crew

I had a truly awful experience with Verizon. Over the past three months, every single person I spoke to from Verizon has been unbelievably incompetent. I’ve never had to contact a company’s customer service so many times.
First, Tanvir from the Green Acres Mall store failed to give us BYOD credits for two lines when signing us up, so we were overcharged. When we finally noticed and brought it to their attention, it took them three months to issue the credits.
When we decided to leave Verizon, they locked our number. Customer service has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve been transferred from one department to another for over two hours now, and they keep asking the same questions despite me explaining the issue multiple times.
I’ve never experienced such blatant incompetence from a company before. Signing up with Verizon has wasted hours of my life, and I can’t wait to be done with them for good. This has been my worst nightmare.

I came here after dealing with another Verizon store that did nothing to help me and it was like night and day. The staff were so helpful and didn't try to pressure me into changing my plan. They did tell me that we could save money by opting into autopay, benefits of other plans, etc. They set up my new phone easily, ensured it worked, and answered all my questions.

Worst experience ever i had a situation back in august and i kept on speaking with them to fix my problem and they never did they will always kept on telling call back the manager is not here and when he was he would be like ill get back at you and never did he even gave us his number to text him that he was going to work on a solution to help us never did we called him and messaged him not one answer at all ,all for one employee that messed up our trade in.

Tony and Sarang were excellent at helping us with our phone purchases at the Valley Stream Verizon store.
They were knowledgeable, professional, personable and so helpful.
They are definitely an asset to your Company.
