“I'm visiting from out of state and punctured my tire on my 2022 Pacifica. They got me in the same day w a 1pm appoint. Showed up at 1 to the nicest crew I've ever experienced at a dealer. They got me right in. Waiting in a nice clean waiting room. And got me out quick. Patched my tire. Filled my washer fluid. And offered an oil change. Excellent service. Excellent crew. 10/10.”
“Annual car inspection this morning at Upstate Chevy, and a few maintenance issues to correct. Very efficient process to schedule an inspection appointment. They were able to complete the repairs immediately so we didn't have to come back which I appreciated.Nice clean, comfortable waiting area, with a refreshment area with coffee, fruit and popcorn. Shelby, the "dealership dog" lavished the patrons with plenty of kisses and showed great interest in my breakfast takeout container.We buy our cars here, and trust Upstate Chevy for all our car care.”

“The gentleman who works there was super friendly and helpful. After filling up our car indicated low tire pressure and so we asked him whether he had a tire inflator station. He ended up pulling us over to the bay and filled up all of our tires for our free. We saw that there was another “nicer” chain gas station 300 ft further, but we are both SO GLAD we stopped here instead. Service was top notch.”
