“Tom is very personable and has a great personality he listened to the details and took care of my Tesla Model 3. New upper control arms in the front took care of some noises, and put a new half shaft in the rear for some clicking noises. Mounted and balanced 4 new snow tires. The Model 3 is running smooth and quiet. Prices are reasonable and they are very quick with great quality. It takes quite a bit to impress me but Tom truly does know his cars! “This mechanic is outstanding. My daughter's car received an urgent warning light as she was driving home from school and still had three hours to go. She pulled off the highway and randomly went to this shop. It was towards the end of the day. He quickly determined the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty to find the part that she needed. He stayed late to fix the car and then charged her what was an extremely reasonable price. I am very grateful that he was so kind and took good care of her so that she could get home the same evening.”

“My alternator quit working just outside Waterville NY while I was sightseeing along NY20 last month. These good folks rescued me from the roadside and, despite having three other vehicles in the queue at mid-day, managed to get me on my way by staying well past closing time. The first replacement part they installed was DOA and they sent a driver (actually, the owner himself) quite a distance to retrieve another. To my surprise the bill was not much more than what I would have paid for the part alone had I not ignored the symptoms and done the job myself. Kudos to these folks for great service. I can also recommend the nearby Mulligans restaurant for a quick lunch and to have a walk about the lovely Victorian village of Waterville while you wait.”

“This garage is great!!It really feels like a garage from back in the day- and by that I mean, it feels like they care about you in your vehicle. One day I pulled in described the noises- not very well- that my vehicle was making, they came out, checked it out and said you probably ought to leave it or itll get worse and cost you a lot more, they gave me a ride home even. They'll keep you updated, if they find something else wrong they'll tell you (instead of fixing it then telling you with an OH By The Way added cost)”
