“My husband and I bought a Subaru Crosstrek from Claycomb about a year and a half ago based on the suggestion of a good friend. Any time anything needs to be done Kim makes sure we're brought in ASAP and the car is never there long. The only time we wait is when there is an issue getting parts from Subaru (which isn't Claycombs fault) I had a issue with the breaks when I first bought it, just before the first oil change, and they took the car in and replaced the pads and rotors at no charge. Sewell and Kim and their team truly do care about their customers. I wont buy or bring my cars any where else again!”

“I wasn't sure where to take my Land Rover for annual inspection so I searched on Google. Nextgen Car Care, LLC was the first result that popped up. While I was there, other needed maintenance was found. They replaced the turbo and speed wheel sensor in my 2014 Evoque. Now my car drives like it was brand new. Very impressed with service here. “Tom is very personable and has a great personality he listened to the details and took care of my Tesla Model 3. New upper control arms in the front took care of some noises, and put a new half shaft in the rear for some clicking noises. Mounted and balanced 4 new snow tires. The Model 3 is running smooth and quiet. Prices are reasonable and they are very quick with great quality. It takes quite a bit to impress me but Tom truly does know his cars! “This guy is old school. He makes you feel like you are his favorite customer every time you walk through the door. Not only did he do the body work that we needed but he cleaned up our whole vehicle and left it shiny like it just come off the lot. He even hit the wheel wells. We could not be happier with the work he did on the front. And taking care of a couple of the other scratches and dings around the vehicle. Would send anybody back to him in a heartbeat.”

“This mechanic is outstanding. My daughter's car received an urgent warning light as she was driving home from school and still had three hours to go. She pulled off the highway and randomly went to this shop. It was towards the end of the day. He quickly determined the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty to find the part that she needed. He stayed late to fix the car and then charged her what was an extremely reasonable price. I am very grateful that he was so kind and took good care of her so that she could get home the same evening.”
