From our arrival till departure the staff was polite and courteous.Room - Clean and perfect for our stay.Service - Great staff.Location - hotel is across the street from Turning Stone Casino, close to Oneida and Rome where we were visiting family.Gym - used the gym almost every day.Pool - kids enjoyed using the pool.4 Stars because of the following.Only issue was not being able to use Apple Pay. Why is that not available at check in/out? Marriott launched Apple Pay back in 2015 and here we are 8 years later. Why?”
