“Had an extremely good discussion with a customer service rep concerning our account for the upcoming season. Want to pay in full for the season and reduced price even more and deleted the Platinum Plus Fee. Will definitely be sending a check for the full season.”

“I have been going to this location to get my U-Haul rentals for 5 years now and we went at least once to twice a year in order to bring back cans and bottles for a donation. Every time we enter the lobby of the U-Haul store location, they are immaculate. Everything is stocked and the people working the counter are always professional. Always friendly even on their bad days and I have been there. I would recommend overall 10 out of 10. Good job guys!”

“I'm so impressed with their customer service, especially since I'm a "will call" customer - not a routine drop. Love these folks, especially Sherry.”
