“Stopped in to get my laptop which was hacked to see if they can fix the unit. I was recommend by a friend . They have good service person booked appointment for me to return next day . Mina a counter person was very cooperative and saw my issue to repair required membership of $180/yr and then additional charge of $80/ hr. But after realizing that I have another newer unit he recommended that download files from old to hard drive worth $99 would save all above expenses. Amazing.. so I did that to transfer files to my other new laptop.”

“The store has a different setup than most targets I've been to, but it was alright. There were a couple young girls that were loudly talking trash about another employee doing a bad job restocking the cards and party section. I thought that was funny because they are just learning what it's like to work with real people in real life. Overall, I got my stuff and made it out without any incidents.”

“I recently purchased a vintage Parasound DAC from Audio Classics that turned out to have a problem with audio dropouts. I contacted Steve Rowell and explained the issue + mentioned that I'm also a music producer and audio engineer in my spare time , i.e. I know the issue was real and not my imagination. Steve and Audio Classics graciously offered to replace the DAC with the same model they luckily had on hand, so I shipped the problem unit back and within a few days I had the replacement.It's obvious to me that this is a renowned company that takes hifi equipment and their audiophile customers very seriously, and I only wish I lived within driving distance of them - although that might create some problems for my wallet!After this experience this is the first company I will look to when I'm ready for my next upgrade.
