“Love it! Most of my wardrobe is from Kohls! Professional clothes for work, comfy clothes for days off. I love the Nine West and Vera Wang clothing. I usually shop in store but in a pinch I’ve done online orders. Love the Kohls cash! Even my candles are from Kohls. I’ve bought toys for holidays, home decor, shoes… school clothes for the kids. Great selection of Under Armor and Nike for them. Church clothes, school concert clothes. Loveee our cuddle duds comforters! Sephora is great too. I’ve bought so many things there as well. The store was a little busy, and I was looking for an associate to help me find something. Mrs. Carol went out of her way to assist me. She personally guided me to the section I needed and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.

Some of the staff walking around with mean faces don’t you wanna help her and customers when I ask them a question this is probably the worst Walmart I’ve ever been in. Every way you turn the shelves are empty food area, clothing, area, furniture, area, household area, pharmacy, area, beauty area Garden area everything is empty, practically shows not fully stocked especially fashion where it closes at they have clothes and places that don’t even have the right location. I went there cause I work with a delivery service to help shop for people and take it to them and I was looking for a particular item for a DoorDash customer I was shopping for and thank you to Muminah she helped me find it they have clothes that’s scanned in a location and the items not even in the location that we looking for and then when we try to get the proper Customer Service from the other members of the team, they seem like they’re confused they lost the managers act like nothing is happening or nothing is going on in the world. It seem confused but between Muminah and her asking her Team leader Desiree where to find this item I was eligible to perform the proper necessary Customer Service I need to perform to get my job done thank you this young ladies always happy me every time Service rating 100% for me if the people that are in charge of the teams will mark the prices so put the item in the correct spot so we can find them. Maybe we don’t have to take the employees away from their task that they doing so they can complete their job as well.”

“First time at Sephora and had a great experience, was kindly approached by a shorter girl with green eyes and brunette hair (totally forgot her name, whoops) who was very quick to recommend many products, had great replies to my questions, offered a color match, brought my items to the front when I was deciding on what else I was gonna grab and was available to help whenever, even got me an Ouai sample that I otherwise would have no idea I'm eligible for, signed me up for Kohl's and Sephora rewards, etc. As someone who had no idea how to navigate makeup stores (literally got overwhelmed by walking into the Ulta in the Town Square Mall Plaza), this was a really lovely experience!”

“The store has a different setup than most targets I've been to, but it was alright. There were a couple young girls that were loudly talking trash about another employee doing a bad job restocking the cards and party section. I thought that was funny because they are just learning what it's like to work with real people in real life. Overall, I got my stuff and made it out without any incidents.”
