Our sales consultant, Ashley was absolutely wonderful! Any questions we had she answered any concerns were taken care of, so far so good! The car runs great and the ride was comfortable. My husband and I are very happy, thank you Matthews Cadillac

What a shame. GM has indicated a strong commitment to electric vehicle rollout. Matthews Cadillac has installed both a 50kw L3 charger and a L2 charger on the EV Connect Network. The dealership has decided not to allow EV owners to charge at either (either for free or for a price). A quick Google search shows private businesses are eligible for tax incentives for charger installation. I would hope that given GM’s commitment to EVs and the possibility that the dealership received incentives for the installation of the charger that Matthews Cadillac might reconsider opening the chargers to the public, either for a reasonable fee or for free. A significant barrier to EV adoption is charger accessibility.Update 5/20: appreciate the quick response! I didn’t see a charger at the front of the dealership. I was referring to the two functional chargers at the back of the dealership. They were previously unrestricted and functioning (I have used them) and have been restricted (by software) to be unavailable to the public. Yes, if either of the two functional chargers in the rear of the dealership become available for use or the chargers at the front of store get fixed, please feel free to reply to the review. Being able to buy and charge electric vehicles at the dealership is a great step toward an electric future.Update 5/29: appreciate the subsequent update that in roughly a week there should be for pay past charging at the front of Matthews Cadillac! As long as the rate is reasonable, I’ll gladly update the review to 5 stars once the charger is working. Thanks for listening to your customers!Update 6/16: appreciate that the L3 charger at the front of the Cadillac dealership is now operational. I’ve updated the review to 4 stars. The rate is set to $0.38 per kWh which is reasonable but not fantastic. NYSEG commercial rates appear to be $0.11 per kWh, so this does appear to represent a significant markup. However, it’s not an unreasonable price. The Electrify America stations nearby (which are significantly faster) charge $0.35 per kWh.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this dealership definitely deserves one. I brought my car in for servicing and Scott and Jerry were extremely welcoming and helpful right away. They were accommodating and made sure that even though they didn’t have much time, I wouldn’t leave the dealership with a car that was unsafe to drive. I’m not even from the area, I’m here visiting, but these men were willing to offer me help right away. I really appreciate what they did for me.

They don't have any new Cadillac's on the lot and what they do have is not worth buying. They certainly don't make any good deals. Don't waste your time or money.

I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Matthew’s Auto Group. Mike Goff helped me with two of those purchases. Mike (sales) along with Scott Sturtevant (body shop) are both assets to your company. I will be back to purchase my next car from Mike & Matthew’s. After hitting a deer recently, Scott Sturtevant kept me informed of every step in the process while Matthew’s Collision repaired my car. The repairs and service came out impeccable and the car feels and looks better than the day I purchased it! I have always had great service at Cadillac Service & the Team always gets me to work during my service apts & picks me up. Cannot ask for better treatment. Companies such as Matthew’s are what makes Broome County & this community strong! Thank you for everything. I highly recommend them!

Did fantastic work on my car. 4/5 only because original estimate was 5-10 working days for repair but ended up being 4 weeks.
