I bank at this branch occasionally. The staff and especially Elaine, have always been very pleasant and helpful with any one of their services I’ve had to use. I would highly recommend banking with the Vestal M&T bank.

I went in to change my name and close an account, simple stuff. Jeri was AMAZING. Took me into her office right away and expertly changed the items I needed changing all while being friendly and kind. We need more people like her in the world ?. She deserve a raise and more time off ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
