PetSmart is a large pet supply retailer offering a varied selection of products for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. Some customers find it a wonderful and favorite place to shop, noting the store is always clean. They praise the helpful, polite, and nice workers, calling it a great store and a great source for specific pet foods. Customers appreciate the ability to shop online and pick up in store. However, some express disappointment, mentioning instances where employees were not fully helpful or where the live fish department had lots of empty tanks and not much to choose from, making it not worth the drive for them.
Employee was so caring and helpful. Also engaged and talked about the puppies we each have

My morkie dragged me through the store to the salon this morning. When I say spa day she knows she's going to be well taken care of and leave looking fabulous! The ladies here are kind patient and loving and make our visit special. A little pricey but I get what I want and all the dirty work is done. Thanks Pet Smart!

Very kind, cheerful, and patient employees. Since it was my dog's first time here, they recommended a simple wash & dry to get him comfortable. My dog loved them so much that when I came back the same day to bring my turtles, he went straight to the groomers door on his own lol. Thank you guys so much for all of your help.
