Manager that checked me out was rude for no reason, acted mad that I asked for a bag, I had 3 items. Is your job really that stressful. Wasn't even busy in the store

I wouldn't rely on private dog trainings, they had to reschedule a couple times with the most recent phone call not even offering a new time.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for pets from fish to hamsters. I’ve gotten all of my glow fish here and they are just beautiful. My granddaughter got a bear hamster and it’s her best friend and so friendly. I’ve never been disappointed!!

We took my dog to get a haircut, and we told them to cut it a little short. Instead of doing that they completely shaved all her fur off because they thought it looked better, and they didn’t even do a good job of that. The fur has chunks of longer hair. Overall we had a very bad experience with their grooming.

Signed my dog up for grooming, the receptionist couldn’t figure out how to accept a 3 year up to date rabies vaccination. She had trouble adding 3 years to the date it was received. She tried calling the vet and then got upset with me when she incorrectly input the number. Unnecessary treatment, especially when I arrived with all required paperwork. Left without services due to the incompetence and unprofessional behavior.

Who thought of the display for Beta fish at this store. Is it in your job description, when there's 3 or more dead, scoop them out & replace them with the ones from the storage container in the back. I guess what I really would like to know is who thought of this display for advertising. Do you use the same system for the guinea pigs, birds, reptiles? Is this the rules from management, was it sent down from corporate, "Hey, I have a great idea, let's take the Beta fish, they are colorful & their fins are cool looking & let's put them in teeny little bowls, on white shelving, it'll look so cool, like living lighting." "It's not going to bother anyone, "it's a fish for God's sake", they don't feel anything, they don't react to anything, ok, maybe they do when they look at each other. That's not a bad existence for them, there's plenty more where they came from". Okay kids, let's look at those cute kitties & pick out a toy for the puppy. I love Petsmart! I'm sure this will not be posted, I love the comments from Yelp. 11 Madison or somewhere else? Time for rej! Yes, fish experience both physical and emotional pain. Scientists say that it's likely a different type than what humans experience, but it's pain nonetheless. Fish have nerve cell endings called nociceptors, which alert their bodies to potential harm such as high temperatures, intense pressure, and harmful chemicals.
