Seems that customer care beed a to be explained to some staff. There was a long line for check-out, but the employee on register didn't seem to recognize this and held a conversation with a customer along with plating with a toy with the customers child, while all these folks waited. Someone finally opened a 2nd register, but didn't offer to take the folks that had been waiting longest and those few at the end of the line jumped over to their register. It seems that poor customer service is becoming a frequent occurrence whenever I visit this store. Along with increasingly higher prices for something I can go to a competitor for.

Well I decided to buy a Betta fish for my gran-girl, went further into the fish department looking for food. Asked one of the employees and all she did was tell us it was back at the Betta display on the side. Last I knew the employees were supposed to take you to where it is located. A little disappointed.

Wonderful people that work here. Very helpful and polite. Great store when you are in a pinch and need something for your pet. Great source for food for fish and reptiles such as brine shrimp and live crickets
