I came to Nissan Matthews service for an oil change and requested for air to be put in my tires. However, when I returned home, I discovered that the service team had forgotten to put air in my tires, which left me dissatisfied as the tire pressure was significantly low. Tonya, the manager at Nissan, texted me and asked me if I was happy with my service. I expressed my disappointment and also gave the service center a rating of two stars. Tonya, the manager, took notice of this and called me to apologize she genuinely wanted to rectify the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I felt remorseful for the hasty rating given earlier. I am now convinced that the dealership truly values its clients. I really appreciate the great service I received and next time, I'm just going to let someone know. I have bought 5 cars from them throughout the years and referred at least two people who bought cars from Matthews as well and I will continue to do so. Five stars all the way and thank you so much!!!

When a service light came on in my car, I called Matthews service department and was told to bring car in. Manager checked it out, found nothing according to him and asked how long I had car and I said 6 months. He said Nissan recommended oil change and insisted more than once I get it done. The car had only 2,370 miles on it as I got it brand new. I got it done and was charged over $72. I contacted a couple of other car service centers later on and both agreed that I did not need an oil change, that Mattews had ripped me off. One center said their oil change was only $53 and the oil they used was rated for well over 5,000 miles. Very disappointed with Matthews for recommending oil change I did not need. My fault for trusting them. Never again. Joe S.

I love my 2018 Murano. Gary was a great salesman.. not pressured.. the service people are also great. From the service desk to the mechanics.. thorough and very good people. I didn't feel taken advantage of and had a very pleasant experience.
