“I needed to drop off a package that was too heavy for me. I called ahead and asked if some one there could help me. The person said yes. So I went over and parked in front of the door ( unfortunately it half blocked the driveway which made me very uncomfortable but it was pouring down rain and I didn’t want anyone to get soaked) and called inside. The young man answered the phone promptly and came out and took my package in. I held the two doors. He scanned the item and I took my recipe and moved my car. The whole transaction took two minutes. Very polite and cheerful. I really appreciated the efficiency and help.”
