Despite the initial confusion, the owner was able to find a solution, providing a smaller truck to help the customer meet their moving deadline. Customers were grateful for the staff's efforts to resolve the issue and ensure they could complete their move.
The current manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. Made it easy to rent and return a truck quickly.
