I have never had an issue at this location until today. All of the staff has always been pleasant, fast, and efficient. The older gentleman who helped me today was rude and unpleasant.

Access to this UPS store is the reason I gave it a rating of 4 and not 5. It is located on a 4 Lane highway and the road to its entrance is a one way road.
