If there was a zero star option, I’d click it. For a store that sells phones, it sure is hard to get them on the phone. I went to the store with an issue with my brand new AirPods. Ended up having to order a warranty AirPod case and was as told would likely be in before Thanksgiving. As of today, I haven’t heard anything and I’m not even sure how they’ll be contacting me. Called the store was routed to a national call center who then informed me they’d need to call the store to get the answer... After 8 minutes on hold, operator came back and asked if I’d like to continue to have her wait or if I wanted to be transferred to the store to wait on my own. Not wanting both of us to waste our time I said transfer me and I’ll wait. I’m now 20 minutes in to waiting (not including the first 10 minutes of routing and waiting) and it just hung up on me. Seems like it used to be easier to call a store. Too be fair this may be a corporate issue that the store has no control of. I went from just wanting to get a simple update to wasting a half hour + of my life.

I believe this is my third one star now… they continue to pass over my inquiries after checking in (and having an appointment) seemingly starting to feel like store employees are profiling their clients and ignoring me. This store is a wreck. Switching away from Apple now, after already mostly doing so I’ll no longer br buying Apple products (I’ve been a client since iMac G3) deuces.

It’s a long drive to get here and you cannot talk to an Apple Store worker on the phone. All the calls are outsourced to overseas call centers. Shocked by little they invest in customer care for how expensive the products are.

**update** I ended up shipping it directly to Apple and they fixed it and sent it back without a problem, but they wouldn’t take the time to help me in person.
I brought my daughter and her tablet that we just purchased from the AT&T store in March. The iPad Pro 13 inch brand new that all of a sudden won’t power on not even any indicator lights when charging completely dead. We still have the manufacture warranty through Apple, it’s a limited warranty, however since it’s a device malfunction, it should be covered, but when we brought it there the technicians lie and said that it was bent in the middle when it clearly is not not even at the slightest so they sent me back to the AT&T store and when I went to the AT&T store they told me to go through Asurion the insurance provider that works with them whom I also have coverage with, and then Asurion sent me back to Apple because it has the manufacturer warranty which has to be used first . When the technicians were first looking at the iPad and checking coverage status, they said back-and-forth a few times that oh yeah we can cover it. You’re gonna get a new one and then oh it’s not covered to oh, it’s covered, but we won’t cover it because of the make-believe problem. After all that I talked to someone on the phone with Apple and they told me to bring it to UPS store and have it sent directly to them to see if it’s something they can fix or replace . I could understand if there was physical damage to the iPad, but there wasn’t and I didn’t appreciate them saying there was when there clearly was not

I was curious about giving Apple a try since I've been an android user forever. I went to the Apple store and was asked if I had and appointment (to shop?) and had to wait 15 minutes to talk with someone. The representative asked for my phones information I have for trade in (1 year old with a $950 MSRP) and she told me Apple would not offer me anything for my phone and that I should stick with Samsung since that's what I know and I wouldn't really like the IPhone anyways. I was super confused and thrown off as to why they wouldn't at least tell me how much a phone would be, show me the phones features, or even try to sell me a phone. If you are an Android user, don't waste your time they dont want your business 🤷.

I took my phone here to get it fixed, they told me it would be a few hours and to come back at 6, I got dinner, came back and they still weren't done and the mall was closing. I told them to just give me my phone and I'll come back or go somewhere else. The male older manager told me hes allowed to hold onto my phone, I said no, thats my phone I pay for, i had to threaten to call the cops to get it back while he belittled me and antagonize me for wanting my phone back after they said it would be done at a certain time. He told me that because I swore he wasn't giving my phone back. Are we children? If you threaten to take something expensive like a phone that you dont have a right to withhold, yes I will swear and be upset. As anyone else would. I hope this man has been fired!! Anyways don't take your phone here, they will try to keep it and think you won't do anything. No one else in the store helped. I asked them to call the police, they all stared at me.

Went in tonight ready to buy a new phone. Apparently they don't check you into a queue anymore. And the two gentlemen standing in back are apparently paid to chit chat with each other. Save your time and go to the online store. I'm sure the Eastview location can make it's quotas without us.
