I was recently dealing with an issue with apple where I had to be 1 hour drive from home . So I stopped in to check on upgrade options for my phone and plan. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had. Matthew went above and beyond to help get information and my issues resolved. My hat is off to him and his colleagues. I would recommend anyone needing service to stop in and see them.

The staff, in particular Zach, have been very helpful and very attentive to work with. The customer service has been top notch! They even convinced me to switch in from our old internet service to the ATT service. Not only has it been reliable, but it’s even better than our previous service provider. I can’t thank them enough!

Met at the door by service member. Got a new line, switch from trac phone, kept same number, bought galaxy 24, switched all info to new phone, added new features we didn't have, showed us how to use it. Done in a friendly, timely manner. Been a at&t member since 1992. Will never change. Eastview mall, Victor N.Y. Thank you AT&T !!!!

We worked with the team to port over multiple phones. Everyone at the AT&T Eastview Mall store was super helpful and efficient. The manager of the store was excellent about explaining our options and helping us select the plan best for us. Everyone worked together to make our port over process quick and easy. The service we received was (and is) phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about the management at this store. Ryan and Matt seem to find pleasure in going to the uttermost length to help customers. Their level of competence, courtesy and the time & attention given to customers is a rare thing to see these days. I 'm thoroughly impressed!

I went with my mom to buy a new phone and we were lucky enough to be helped by Ryan who was training André on his first day. We loved the patience and good treatment, they cared about our needs and always showed us the best options. They were nice and polite, I want to switch to AT&T and I'm definitely going to do it with Ryan, definitely the best.

Store is closed at 11:30am on a Thursday. There are a bunch of people wondering when they will open. No one answers phone. Corporate office has no idea why they are not open. This is the week of winter break. They are losing lots of money and making alot of customers upset

Probably the slowest checkout system I've ever experienced. I was the third person in the store, and the two cashiers were helping others. I picked out a case and waited by the register for them to finish. It took over 30 minutes. 6 individual people entered the store and left while I was waiting. How is there no one on the register when people are signing up on plans? How was there no urgency from the staff?

We’ve been trying to switch to AT&T for a while now but never had the right opportunity until we stopped in and talked to Zach about our circumstances and needs. He went above and beyond to find the deal and plan that worked best for us, communicated everything and answered our questions professionally and thoroughly. When an issue arose with the transfer of service creating a long delay, he acted quickly and persistently with the applicable departments to resolve the problem and updated us the whole way. We left with new phones that we love and when the time for upgrade comes, we will visit this location because of this employee. Zach really knows his stuff, thank you for all your help!!!!
