Store is closed at 11:30am on a Thursday. There are a bunch of people wondering when they will open. No one answers phone. Corporate office has no idea why they are not open. This is the week of winter break. They are losing lots of money and making alot of customers upset

Probably the slowest checkout system I've ever experienced. I was the third person in the store, and the two cashiers were helping others. I picked out a case and waited by the register for them to finish. It took over 30 minutes. 6 individual people entered the store and left while I was waiting. How is there no one on the register when people are signing up on plans? How was there no urgency from the staff?

We’ve been trying to switch to AT&T for a while now but never had the right opportunity until we stopped in and talked to Zach about our circumstances and needs. He went above and beyond to find the deal and plan that worked best for us, communicated everything and answered our questions professionally and thoroughly. When an issue arose with the transfer of service creating a long delay, he acted quickly and persistently with the applicable departments to resolve the problem and updated us the whole way. We left with new phones that we love and when the time for upgrade comes, we will visit this location because of this employee. Zach really knows his stuff, thank you for all your help!!!!

Came in right before closing and Zach not only helped my get a new sims card but reviewed my account and helped me make changes to better suite my cell use. Excellent customer service.

I tried to make appt online but the app doesn’t work. I called and asked to schedule an appt & was told that even if I had an appt I would have to wait if the store was busy. Effectively, ATT doesn't do appointments but claims it does in its online presence. They should drop the farce and eliminate the false advertising on this. The store was moderately busy, the associate said they were down one employee, and the wait was ~ 30 min. Folks were milling around so it was hard to tell whose turn was next. The associate who helped me was very pleasant and competent and deserves credit for doing his job well despite the circumstances.The unstructured wait arrangements are annoying! At least have customers take a number when they enter and follow that order. Deli counters are a model ATT should adopt. Apple stores, too, for that matter

Horrible service! My husband and I had asked for information on changing our cell phone plans. We were not given any clear answers. An asian female acted as if we were bothering her as she barely would respond to questions while looking on her iPad the entire time...to make matters more disappointing, as she swung her hair, her name tag stated Krystal "store manager"! She could not answer questions clearly, bad attitude and we watched her refuse service to another customer just before us stating she did "not have to do anything" if she did not want to! Extremely unprofessional lazy girl that should be fired. This is the 3rd time we have tried this mall store location and this 3rd time is the last--beyond BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

Bad service and poorly trained staff at this AT&T store at the Eastview Mall, Victor NY. Female named Krystal was rude from the moment my daughter and I entered the store. I kindly asked for help on possible mobile phone upgrade options and without lifting her eyes to even acknowledge us, she looked up from her tablet to stare at another young man, who then offered to help us. (Very rude to this young man.) Although this young man at least stood up out of his chair to review phones, when we asked about phone plans he did not explain options well...not sure if he was still in training or just not a good communicator... we asked a few more questions on plans with unlimited data, she then spoke over him while she was still sitting in her chair and her head down, never greeted us the entire time, and very rudely said if we didn't like the plan offered, we could go somewhere else! Unbelievable!! Horrible customer experience!!!!

We were in your AT&T store Victor at Eastview Mall to have my husbands replacement phone activated. We didn’t even wait one minute. Our AT&T store employee was Robert Johnson. We made sure to get his card . This young man is stellar . He’s very kind , polite , knowledgeable & efficient. We’ve had him last Fall when I had to activate my replacement phone . Just very impressed with him . He’s 5plus Stars ??????????? Please be sure to tell Rob THANK YOU !! Jackie & Dave Wilson

The attendant was not attentive and did not even try to solve the problem. I bought the cell phone and the chip in the lija and it never worked, and he simply said to call 611 to solve it. Worst store I've ever been to. If I could give zero rating, I would.

I was greeted immediately, and quickly taken care of for a SIM card issue. The technician spoke about some additional offers but I never felt pressured to hear a sales pitch. He was friendly, helpful, and respectful.
