The employees working there was amazing given the situation. She was the only employee working there with a store full of people. She got everyone through the stuffing line but if you got stuffing done, you had to wait for her to cash you out. The store was packed and people couldn't obviously leave without paying so the line was wrapped around the entire store. If you wanted to look at accessories and clothes, you couldn't because people were in the way with no room to move. Those of use that were in the front of the line had to wait at least 20 minutes while she stuffed animals for big parties of people. They really need to hire more people or close the store down because it's ridiculous

Took my 3.5 year old son here-if tou son/daughter likes stuffed animals this will be awesome.

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful but they downsized this location at some point and more than two customers makes it feel extremely cramped. Clean and bright store.

We took my friends little boy and by the next day it was falling apart. When we called and emailed they did agree to fix for free if we drove 1½hrs back to them. But without compensation for our time and gas.

Could of been better the store it's self was ok but the staff lacked knowledge on how to cash us out and everyone wasn't very friendly or even acknowledged our presence in the store honestly kinda disappointed
