Build-A-Bear Workshop offers a fun and interactive experience for customers of all ages. Visitors can create their own unique plush toys by selecting outfits, sounds, and scents, with the option to add a personal touch through custom voice recordings. The store also hosts parties, allowing guests to celebrate special occasions with activities, games, and a Special Heart ceremony.
While the store is clean and bright, some customers noted that it can feel cramped with more than two people due to downsizing. Experiences with staff have varied; some customers found them to be friendly and helpful, especially during special events, while others felt that staff knowledge could be improved and that they were not always acknowledged.
Overall, Build-A-Bear Workshop is praised for its engaging experience, especially for children, though visitors are advised to bring plenty of money for their creations. It is recommended to call ahead for specific items and to book events in advance for a smoother experience.
Store is too small and fluff machine right when you walk in is quite obnoxious. Seems more about the money than the childhood fun experience. $70 for two stuff animals with no accessories. No boxes is a bummer too. Got us a boring paper bag.

Very easy to make a bear and quick too. My 4 year old loves it.
