“My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”

“Went in there on Black Friday for some t-shirts and jeans. I am a larger guy so they didn’t have a lot of my size in store, a sales associate named Jack notices that I’m having trouble finding a lot of my size and helps me use the catalog and find clothes my size I can get delivered to my house or in store, it was a great interface and I was able to use the deals from in store as well. I’ve never had a shopping experience as good as I had in Zumiez, great service, great selection, and the workers are some of the nicest people I’ve met, like seriously they deserve raises because they are just that great, not just Jack, but also the slightly older guy (Maybe his name was Logan?). I would recommend zumiez to anyone who wants to buy larger clothing, or just wants a good experience.”

“I visited this store on April 29 1 pm or thereabouts. Was greeted very nicely by an employee. As I was looking at items a second employee offered assistance. I was advised my item would be introduced in May and they could contact me. So nice to feel important. Note I visited 12 stores in the mall. This was the only store where an employee recognized my presence, sad to say. Cheers to a great team!!! They should be commended for knowing what it means to provide excellent customer service.”

“I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall.”

“I had the best experience i’ve ever had at this store today. not only were they extremely friendly, they were so helpful in trying to find exactly what I was looking for. shoutout to Emily! she was so amazing. she managed the fitting room area so well and helped me find options I wouldn’t have pulled for myself. she was super friendly and boosted my confidence in the fitting room tons! I HATE trying on clothes but this experience changed my mind entirely and made me actually enjoy trying clothes on. and I walked away with several options! love this store!!”
“I had ordered a charm bracelet for my girlfriend to wear for our friend’s wedding and it wasn’t the size she wanted for dangling charms. We went in and the staff was extremely understanding and helped us exchange it for the right size she wanted. Since it was an online order, I would have had to ship it back but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for the wedding. The staff exchanged it right there and then and gave my girlfriend some really good tips about how to put it on since she’s never owned a charm bracelet. 10/10 service, thank you guys.”

“I was at the mall rushing to pull together some last minute vacation outfits and I saw exactly what I needed in the window of H&M 4 minutes before closing. Maggie greeting me with the best customer service and assured me I would have time to try on my item and check out and she would meet me at the cash registered. She even asked if she could hold anything for me while I tried it on. By the time I checked out it was a few minutes after closing and she was still so sweet and helpful. 10/10 experience.”
