“This lab is just as good as any other… But they really need to update their hours on their Google page! Got up early plan to be there at seven right when they opened as the website said. Only to find out that they do not open until 8 AM!
Frustrating.”
“My daughters first time (3 year old with autism) heard a lot about todd ( was not impressed with his attitude or demeanor. Think for older ppl he would be better. This experience seemed to annoy or flustered him) but I have to say the real MVP was Mo! She is so patient and kind. “I had to take my 3 year old for bloodwork and this was the closest to our other errands. The staff was AMAZING with him. They were patient and so kind to him. It was his first time getting bloodwork and he did so well because of them. Would absolutely come here again if needed. Thank you!!”
“Got my blood drawn there this morning and I have issues with blood draws always pass out and get very dizzy, Alicia and gio were amazing I never even noticed the needle and they took great care of me while I was trying to regain my balance!! Love this lab”
“The main two phlebotomists, especially Robin, are absolutely amazing, but others have left my family less than impressed. For example, I dropped off a sample that needed to be refrigerated right away and I explained that to an employee whom I've never seen before sitting in front of the computer playing solitaire on a Saturday and thankfully I had that sample on ice in a bag as she continued to sit there and after 10 minutes I reminded her again that it really needs to get back in the refrigerator or it'll give a false negative and her response to me was okay I'll take care of it no worries, and she continued to play her solitaire game. That sample literally could have meant life or death because of what that test result meant. Solitaire was clearly more important than a patient's health and well-being.”
“Been going to this lab location for the past several years, once we knew it existed. Wait times are never terribly bad, had to wait 1 hr. @ another location! Staff has always been professional. And they always seems to get my blood on the 1st poke! And that's important!!1?”
“Finding the place was painful; don't trust Google Maps. It's actually at 10 Hagen drive on the first floor next to the elevator, with no signage in the building to indicate any ACM Labs location. However, once I found it, check in was easy and the blood draw was quick and painless.”
“I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”
“This company was used to complete my life insurance physical (in Home physical). I can’t speak to the facility and I will say that making the appointment wasn’t the best (it took days for them to call back)...BUT when Ron came to complete my physical, he was AWESOME!! He was the nicest guy, so kind and caring! I do not handle getting my blood taken well but he was so good that I barely felt it at all. He spoke to my kids as if they were his own and I could tell he really enjoys his job. I’d definitely recommend!”

“Arrived at 955 and was out by 1030 on a Thursday morning. Robin (who checks you in) is very efficient, polite and friendly! Cynthia, the phlebotomist, is the best / no pain and quick! Parking is easy and the waiting room has lots of comfortable chairs.”
