The branch manager told me to open an account in a name that didn't belong to me . Isn't that illegal? And fraud?

You used to be able to withdraw in multiples of $5’s at this atm but the past two visits you can only withdraw in multiples of 20’s and 50’s! This is ridiculous and very very annoying!!!

closed out account and started getting service fee's for zero balance? apparently not really closed out
