I hadn't had good experiences when I visited the Victor store so I avoided going until I was pressed for time. I went in and asked Erika to help, she was amazingly so helpful and friendly offering suggestions of what she used. I will go back as long as I know she's there to assist. Thank you Erika 💕🙏

I am a part-time DoorDash driver. I am always lost when it comes to finding items for my customers. When required to purchase items that have been specifically requested to purchase by the customer, I can spend 'forever' finding things! The choices and brands that Ulta Beauty carries is endless. The store is very clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I have to give a special shout-out to 1 employee however. This person's name is Samuel! They are always right at the entryway to greet you, and fortunately for me, help me navigate through the store! Samuel doesn't just point me in the direction, they actually TAKE ME to the products and picks out the requested items for me! As a Dasher, time is money and Samuel's assistance is very much appreciated! So, KUDOS Samuel!

I was really looking forward to having my makeup professionally done for my wedding, especially after hearing positive things about Ulta and their makeup artists. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
I had scheduled makeup appointments for myself and two other ladies, with the understanding that each application would take about an hour. However, the process took nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for me alone, which caused a significant delay in my schedule. As a result, I missed my hair appointment, and the wedding ceremony itself had to be pushed back by 45 minutes. This was a stressful and disappointing start to what was meant to be a very special day.
The quality of the makeup was not what I anticipated, especially given the price. I found myself having to redo my makeup entirely, as well as that of the two other ladies with me. In all honesty, I could have achieved better results on my own at home.
Additionally, we were charged $32 extra per person for false lashes, which we were told would require more work and last several days. Unfortunately, the lashes were uneven and poorly applied, and they began falling off before the end of the day.
I do want to mention that I also had a facial done with the same artist prior to the wedding, and she did a wonderful job with that. I was genuinely happy with the results of the facial, which makes the experience with the makeup all the more disappointing.
In total, we paid $344 for makeup services that ultimately did not meet even basic expectations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing—especially given the significance of the occasion. I hope Ulta will take this feedback seriously and consider reviewing both the service provided and the amount charged.

Matthew was SO helpful! I needed a toner for sensitive skin and he recommended a brand I had heard of before but never tried. He knew all of the ingredients and benefits and explained how and why it would be beneficial for me. He also touched on the affordability of the product given all its benefits. I took it immediately and knew I would purchase it. (Spoiler - it's AMAZING and doesn't make me more red or break out). I asked a few more questions and where certain products were I was looking for. Matthew knew immediately where they were and helped me find them. Hands down the best experience I've had in that particular store. Thank you so much, Matthew! I appreciate you!

Had such a wonderful experience there with my bff and a few other people we were with. Shay (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was beyond amazing! Seriously made our entire visit so much fun, even when I was having a terrible flare up with my acne! We laughed! Shay offered so many solutions, was so easy to talk to! Very knowledgeable, so fun! We laughed so much! Felt like we all had known each other for years! I have been going to this ulta for years now and it’s always been a pleasant experience, this time however, was very memorable. We must have been in there for over an hour! Thank you to Shay for being a light in our day, and for being so approachable, easy and fun to talk to and for just being you! Looking forward to seeing you again! I highly recommend making a visit for all your makeup and skincare needs. Cheers!

I always feel a bit overwhelmed and lost in cosmetic stores which is why I was so relieved when Samuel stopped me and asked if I needed help finding anything. He took his time showing me products and helped me find the perfect shade of lipstick for my coloring. When I showed him the mascara I used to use, he showed me the upgraded version and helped me settle on the sampler pack to decide what I like before committing to a full tube. Samuel was very kind and attentive and because of his help I don't feel so intimidated going into ulta anymore. Thanks again Samuel!
