I was very upset on the phone and Mike made me feel so much better. To just bring it in and don’t think the worst before we know. I’m a single mom and the mechanic I originally brought it too said it could be so many things so I got super upset but Mike made me feel so much better. I highly recommend just on the fact that he cares.”

“If I could give 100 star review I would! I seriously cannot rave enough about the customer service and true care I have recieved from Courtney at Van Bortel Village motors working with Marnie at Van Bortel Subaru on an ongoing 6 week car issue. I bought my first ever Subaru at the end of March when I new I would be moving to Vermont shortly after purchasing. Sadly, after owning my car for only a month and less than a week after moving to Vermont, my car's warning and engine lights all came on. It has been unfortunately a frustrating ongoing issue (with multiple hiccups all related to sensors going off even after they try to fix them) as the dealership here in Vermont tries to figure out and diagnose what the root cause is. (I have learned since moving things take longer in Vermont!)
Courtney has literally been a savior through this whole stressful process. She paid for my rental car (I don't know how I would have gotten to my new job and apartment veiwings without it!), has been working with the dealership here and approving them to keep replacing parts here to find what the problem is even if it doesnt fix it (even when some parts have pretty hefty price tags on them she still approves) and has reassured me even when I'm miles and miles away in another state, that she will get to the bottom of this and proposed alternative solutions if they cannot fix my car up here in a timely manner soon to make sure I can get a car and get settled completly in my new home. It's seriously the most amazing support from Van Bortel Village Motors knowing that I'm not just being ignored or brushed off and left to figure out the mess by myself up here after a new move and not owning my vehicle for very long. I feel many dealerships would not be as accommodating or helpful moving out of state, but Van Bortel Subaru really does have the best service EVER and when I do eventually move back to NY state I will be a customer for life there!
Sometimes things just happen and unfortunately this was one of those times where luck was against me with my car, I know Subaru did not sell me a bad car, it was just bad luck the lights came on and incredibly grateful for their ongoing support and assistance to get me back on the road”
