Always a good experience when purchasing from Van Bortel Subaru in Victor NY. No pressure sales environment. excellent product make car buying more of pleasure and less of an endurance test. This time, I exchanged my plasma yellow Crosstrek for a more laid back Autumn Green, ever popular, Forester (Touring model). The experience was good and I will be likely to return when, it is time for yet another Subaru (after 15 Hondas)..

Van Bortel always does an excellent and efficient job. And the pet friendly environment is a huge plus.
Nick, Sherry(?) and all staff were excellent and helpful. Seeing Kitty at the dealership was a lagniappe, unexpected and delightful. We have owned 9 Subaru’s in our family and have found them reliable and safe.
Kitty and her staff have made loyal customers, not just sales.
