The folks ar Van Bortel were truly wonderful to work with. Nick went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for me. I don't anticipate going anywhere else for service anymore because of how great the folks were. They even gave my car a bath!

Car in for service and inspection.. loaner car and ease of dropping my car off. Time was spent to explain all issues and options were given. Asked for written estimate. One was missing at check out, service person called me before I was home to finish the work order.

Went in for a repair and routine maintenance. Got me in on scheduled time. Waiting room was comfortable with free coffee ( good coffee). They found issue quick and talked to me several times on time frame and costs (very reasonable) . Great customer service!
