“I go here for all of my USPS and UPS drop offs. Let me tell you that I have a USPS 2 blocks from my house- but their customer service is horrible. So I will go some more blocks. They have great customers service here and their staff is super friendly whether it’s in the morning or at night. I have purchased at staples as well and they have a wide range of school and office supplies. If something is not found they offer to help you with ordering and or also locating the product at other stores. Definitely recommend visit this staples in Astoria.”

“I always trust Postnet instead of the drop-off spots. 1st-They are very nice and professional, 2nd-they give you a receipt for the package you leave, and 3rd - all you have to do is track your package. I rather go to Posnet than a drop-off spot anytime. 557 Grand Concourse ad 149th Street. The prices are reasonable to send, fax, copy and digital copies.”

I do lots of business between China and U.S. . The customs clearance process is so smooth , the tracking system is always reliable for me to track my packages for my customers . Since this , my customers are loyal customers to me . Management is excellent . Dave Lee is good , caring management . He cares about customer and rewarding loyal customer . He takes initiative to reward loyal customer like me by offering very nice rewarding program which 2 nights complimentary luxury hotel nights . I have very good time : enjoying the food , rooms and the shopping . You can see the sunrise in the morning from room , it is spectacular . The room has large space , clean .
