Pretty sure electronic Return Receipt exists but was told several times it did not and the only version of Return Receipt was using the “green card” so I gave up. Hopefully my letter actually makes it to the recipient.

This post office... is the worst I have ever used. Every other time I order a package from Amazon it gets misdelivered. I cringe every time my package is shipped with USPS. If you have a choice, order something to get shipped with Fedex or some other large company. Would give zero stars if I could.
