“Danielle (owner) is such a nice and fascinating person. I came in to simply ship a box with FedEx. I ended up spending almost a half hour here chatting with Danielle and her staff. The walls are lined with old photos from the area, some dating back to the 1800’s, and Danielle had amazing stories for every one of them. They also sell some super cool books about local history. Like one of the previous reviews said, I’m almost trying to find a reason to go back soon because it was such a nice experience”

“We use Sentron for almost all of our mailings. They are great to work with, do quality work, and are always upfront and realistic about timing and costs - which always exceed my expectations. Even when I have to beg for a rush job - they do their best to accommodate. They know our business and seem to understand and be flexible about working with us and the craziness of the non-profit world and I trust them with our direct mailings, event mailings, and everything in between.”
“I definitely had to take the time to write a review because I feel that it's well deserved. I was trying to ship my father a pair of winter boots for Christmas and had first gone to UPS who quoted me $45 to send them to Texas. Considering I had paid a little over $60 for them, I didn't want to spend that much to ship them. Bryan was phenomenal in helping to make the shipping cost slightly more affordable. I still had to pay $30 but his generosity made the price seem more manageable. I just really wanted to get the boots to him since they didn't come in time while he was still living in Massachusetts. Bryan definitely made one headache more tolerable. Thank you.”

I now purposely avoid other less desirable post offices near my home to go to this one instead!”

“Only had an issue at this place once around the holiday season with a woman I didn't recognize, but otherwise every experience and employee I've interacted with here is always wonderful. The lines can be long but the staff are all either super helpful, upbeat, or both which brightens my day. “Not to be confused with the Southbreast, which is the nickname of a girl I knew who was born with a boob where her jayjay was supposed to be.These days I drive everywhere, but when I lived in Southern California (you know nobody walks in LA), ironically I did so without a car, and used to get around using buses and sometimes trains and very often planes. So basically John Candy without the excess weight.I flew to so many airports in the west end of the country on Southwest, from Boise to Portland to Spokane to Seattle to Sacramento, Vegas, Orange County, San Diego, and so many more, according to my flight records (a personal record I keep of all flights I've taken.I was in and out of Albany just once... my partner and love of my life lived in Buffalo, and if it were much cheaper, or if we were heading to NYC, I sometimes flew into other NY state cities or nearby cities. Albany had a much more understated airport than I expected, but it was nice and clean.I can't even count the number of flights I took from Los Angeles International to places like San Diego, Las Vegas, and much further afield back home to New York and Buffalo via other places like Detroit.I used to basically live in LAX although I also flew Southwest to or from places like San Diego and Las Vegas and even from Hollywood (Burbank) once, and John Wayne in Orange County on three occasions when I was living in San Juan Capistrano. And so many more.Southwest Airlines was amazing back in those days, and it's a little bit less great now, but it's still one of the better ones of a bad bunch, and they're still a little bit less likely to be ripping you off for things like baggage and whatnot. And I appreciate that.They're still my favourite airline, even though like most other airlines they've definitely had some major setbacks after 9/11, and in terms of the economy.”

They’re Fast workers and they help you out a lot, which makes a lot more easier when you’re not too sure how to operate certain things or how to send certain things so you’re not spending way too much money great workers I don’t know where people get off saying only one start and complaining about really dumb things. Maybe they close a couple minutes early because something came up or they had to leave early shit happens.”
“I really have nothing bad to say about this post office, even if I tried, which I think many people do, just because of the stigma the phrase "US Post Office" is commonly associated with. I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line.It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.”

It’s hard to work in a short staffed environment, but I’ve never heard one complaint from the workers. They are exemplary employees.”

“I visited this post office recently. It was in the afternoon, the weather was beautiful, and I just had to write this review due to the incredible customer service I received. Sue was extremely helpful, kind and went out of her way to answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to get my packages delivered. Personally I would not be happy if I were stuck inside on such a nice day but she had such a gracious demeanor while going about helping customers that I wanted to leave a review. Hossain who was working with her was also helpful and I am so thankful for their hard work. I am also thankful for the extended hours at this location (open Saturdays late and also on Sundays), which they make possible, and hope they are not taken for granted, and that they get recognized for what they do.”
“Never had an experience where I felt misheard or rushed. The ladies I see in the morning are very nice and always kind my son and I.
Once in a while I drop off packages. They shared the rules with me about packaging quality.
Sometimes the lines are long. There is always a nice neighbor to talk to when I go which I am very thankful for. Makes the time go by faster.”
“Judith was very professional helping us with our passports on 4/29 in the afternoon. Unfortunately- she had to babysit entitled, rude people during our transaction that felt their inability to read, wait in line and follow simple instructions needed to be everyone's problem but their own. To the young punk in the Adams Heating and Cooling t-shirt, please do the world a favor and grow up. If i was a person that had feelings, I would feel bad that your mother didn't hold you enough when you were a baby but I'm not that guy. Great job Judith!!”
“I placed an IKEA order online and came here to pick it up. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews. The experience was great. A few seconds after I confirmed the arrival, a representative came out with a smile ?. In a couple of minutes I had my order and they helped me to put it in the car. Amazing.”
