The worst!
Mail is always being delivered to the wrong apartment. If I'm not getting someone else's mail then they're getting mine.
As for the Post Office itself? Even worse. The female clerk I've always seen there is the most discourteous, unpleasant and bitter individuals I've ever had to deal with.
Will go out of my way to visit a different town's Post Office when need be. I'd rather do that than deal with this.

They constantly mis-ship my packages, ignore my calls and are constantly rude to me, if I could give a zero star I would

Summary: rude.
I called because our carrier continually folds our child’s books that come in the mail. The books are printed as to fit perfectly in the carrier’s folders without folding. In fact a larger envelope came today that was not folded but these books (which have stickers that say “PLEASE DO NOT FOLD”) are still folded. We can never get the creases out of them either.
Anyway, I called five times before this one person answered. (By the way their number is 518-765-4022 NOT the 800 number on Google.) I am unsure of who it was but it may have been a woman’s voice. I told her the issue and she said she’d tell the carrier. However, in my next breath, when I attempted to elaborate that this is likely not just a one house issue and I’d like to leave a note than any kids books from the Imagination Library shouldn’t be folded, she was already talking to another customer in person.
I then said “Hello?”, and she responded that I needed to call back because she’s helping other customers in person. (I was on the line with her for not even a minute). I said “I’m a customer too” and she repeated that there were customers in person. Blown away by how ludicrous her customer service was, I said “that’s ridiculous” and she hung up on me.
COOL. Stop folding my kid’s books. Thanks.

This post office... is the worst I have ever used. Every other time I order a package from Amazon it gets misdelivered. I cringe every time my package is shipped with USPS. If you have a choice, order something to get shipped with Fedex or some other large company. Would give zero stars if I could.

How do you give a zero? I get less than 50 percent of my packages delivered properly. Completely nonfunctional office, and they could care less about that. Shut it down and expand new Scotland

The one star is for the ease of going to a small post office. Apparently, the government doesn’t hire on personality or manners.

Delivery driver didn’t deliver my package on the expected day due to “no access to delivery receptacle”, even though I was home all day and never saw him go by. The next day he delivers my package, I go to grab it immediately after delivery and it is completely empty of its contents, shoved into my mailbox (if the package had its contents in it it wouldn’t have fit in the mailbox and would have had to be delivered to my porch). Why would you deliver a completely empty and opened package? I have submitted a missing mail search and submitted an insurance request and haven’t heard a single thing back. My package cost a lot of money! Horrible postal man and horrible service!

Literally useless, I have to drive to the one in Guilderland if I don't want to be severely disappointed.

Poor customer service. Went to the counter to drop off mail and the older gentleman that works there wouldn’t take what I was handing to him and instead gestures for me to put it on the counter (and then he’d pick it up and put it in the right bin). Every time I have been there he has been obnoxious to every customer. He gives USPS a bad name.

Since the last delivery driver retired, there have been 4 miss mailed parcels to my address and several neighbors report the same. The last 4 months we see different drivers doubling back on the route to correct missed drops. The summer heat in those noisy diesel trucks is brutal! The main tall man at the Office is functional yet expressionless. At least he isn't fake, pretending to like his work or people who visit. Its a tad obvious though.

I don't know what is wrong with this post office. Usually get our mail delivered ok, so I'd give more stars for delivery. Though we did often get mail delivered when we're out town, even though it should be on holdThe biggest issue, as others have said, the man at the counter is impossible and rude. He's always that way. I go out of my way not to deal w this post office. Most recent encounter. I had a package arrive while we were out of town. Even with the routing number, he couldn't find it. The speed with which he looked for it indicated that he probably didn't look in any detail. Who knows when I'll get that package.

We try not to deal with this po. Worst clerk I have ever had to deal with. Surly attitude. Nasty disposition. If we have to mail a package we go to slingerlands po by price chopper. Very friendly there. Mentioned to the clerk there once that we drive to slingerlands rather than deal with our own po because of the nasty clerk. He said "you must be talking about mean mike" even other post offices know about him.

OMG, just go to Guilderland so you don't have to deal with the guy who works at the counter. What a miserable person. Most recently, he hassled me over a package I was sending to a service member in Iraq. Thanks, man!
