“Love this place! We have made many purchases over the years including a beautiful teak outdoor dinner table 28 years ago with a lifetime guarantee. Last week I brought in a chair that needed a minor repair and the charge was zero! They did not even think to ask for the original receipt - which is long gone! Great customer service!”
“Alicia alban was the most helpful associate that the Wainscott store has ever had. She was a pleasure to work. With. No hard sell and restored my faith in the Wainscott store since most of the past sales associates were not helpful or pleasant like Alicia is. She is a keeper !!!”

“Larry at the Wainscot NY location was a star 🌟
I needed a new mattress for I recently had back surgery. He was professional and highly educated with the offerings that would best accommodate my needs. Thank you Larry for your superior service.”
