“Great store with friendly customer service. Clean store and employees who are always helpful.Given how busy the pharmacy is, I am impressed with how patient, helpful and cheerful the employees are. It cannot be an easy job because often the line to pick up prescriptions are long and the wait can be long.No one likes waiting, but I note the employees are very busy-none are sitting behind the counter drinking coffee and chatting on their phones.Thank you.”

“I don't know what to say, the customer service speaks for itself,
The store is on my way home from work so I'm able to stop there if I need anything,
there's a wonderful and kind employee that has always been patient with me.
Deals are good sometimes, but I understand it's not always the employee's fault.
I seen some bad reviews, but honestly? If you walk in with a bad attitude, you'll have a bad experience.
Which is also true for a positive attitude; you'll have a positive experience.
Overall, it's kept, it has good deals, managed, and very kind employees, rather go here than drive 20 minutes to Walmart.”

“Hannaford supermarket took a bit getting used to after all the years of the store being Thruway supermarket. Change can be hard on people. However Hannaford has a good reward program, good prices, great staff, and the store is kept organized and clean. Self check out is convenient but the cashiers are almost always kind and hard working and even willing to help you out to the car! Most my shopping is done at Hannaford whether in person or via instacart. Produce isle is very appealing!”
